Recipient Reported Data (Blue Maps)

Download recipient data using the Recipient Reported tab and drop-down Reporting Period menu below. The October - December  files reflect changes made by recipients to their reports as of February 24, 2010. Recipients will continue to review and change reports as necessary until March 15. Final data for the October - December reporting period will be posted on March 17.

For the February 17 - December 31, 2009 cumulative totals, click on the links below. These files include data on: awards made during October 1 – December 31, 2009 that recipients reported on in January 2010; projects completed prior to September 30, 2009; and projects not completed prior to September, 30, 2009 that the recipients should have reported on again in January 2010, but did not.

National Change History file shows all changes recipients made to their reports during the January, 2010 reporting period. Recipients will continue to make changes and corrections to their reports until March 15.  Final data will be posted on March 17.

National Late Reporters file provides details on recipients who reported after the initial October 10, 2009 reporting deadline and also on those who reported after the second reporting deadline, January 16, 2010.

When recipients reported in October, 2009 for February 17 – September 30, 2009,  some recipients reported incorrect or invalid congressional districts. The code "ZZ” appears in place of those incorrect congressional districts. In addition:

“--” designates foreign countries;
"99" designates congressional districts with no representation in the Congress;
"98" designates congressional districts that have nonvoting delegates: the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands of the United States.

Agency Reported Data (Gold Maps)
The gold maps draw on data from three sources.  The homepage  map is based on weekly Financial and Activity Reports* filed by federal agencies receiving Recovery Act funds.  That data can be downloaded from the Agency Reported tab below. The gold map in the "Where Is the Money Going?" section is based on data from USAspending.gov and the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS).  To access that data, click on the Text View of Data in the lower left-hand corner of the map.
