Quarter 1, 2010 does not include data from Rhode Island, which was granted an extension for reporting until July, 2010 by the state's federal awarding agencies due to extensive flooding in the state.

Recipients will continue to correct Q4 2010 reports if necessary until March 21, 2011. FInal data will be published on March 23.

This is the sixth time that Recovery award recipients have reported successfully.
