More Than $3 Million In National Park Service Funding Announced For West Virginia
Washington, D.C…. U.S. Senators Robert C. Byrd and Jay Rockefeller, both D-W.Va., today announced that the State of West Virginia is slated to receive more than $3 million in National Park Service funding as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The money will be used to create jobs while enhancing the visitor experience and conserving the nation’s heritage and history for future generations.
