WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Nick J. Rahall, II (D-W.Va.) today announced the release of $17,513,000 in funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) through United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). "Southern West Virginians know how important clean, safe water infrastructure is to building healthy communities," said Rahall. "This is another wonderful example of the Recovery Act bringing money back into our neighborhoods, creating jobs and reinvesting in our futures."
