CHARLESTON—Governor Joe Manchin and Secretary of Transportation Paul Mattox announced that over 22 miles of resurfacing make up the $16,257,742.40 in contracts awarded during the third round of the Recovery and Reinvestment award meeting. “Improving our state’s infrastructure will continue to be one of my top priorities. The resurfacing project funds that have been awarded are very important toward sustaining roadway safety and allowing commerce within our state,” said the governor.
