Vermont’s utilities, working with the Department of Public Service, Vermont’s congressional offices and the Vermont Office of Economic Stimulus and Recovery, have filed a $66 million application for federal stimulus funds to deploy advanced metering, new customer enhancements, grid automation and security technologies statewide.
