$437.9 million distributed to highway projects throughout the Commonwealth
BOSTON - Wednesday, February 10, 2009 - As part of the Patrick-Murray Administration's Massachusetts Recovery Plan, Governor Deval Patrick today announced that as of last Saturday, the Commonwealth has obligated its entire $437.9 million allotment of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) highway funding one month ahead of the federally required deadline of March 2, 2010.
