​HENDERSON, Nev. -- After two months of construction, Green Valley Parkway has been repaved -- with the help of $2.1 million of federal stimulus funds. "By repaving the road now, we will prevent having to do more expensive major overhauls down the road," said Jacob Snow, general manager of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada.
