Paving work on SR 14 in Clark County starts Aug. 17
VANCOUVER – Pavement repairs and smoother, safer drives are being delivered a year ahead of schedule in Vancouver as crews begin paving SR 14 between I-5 and SE 164th Avenue Aug. 17. The $3.9 million SR 14, I-5 to SE 164th Interchange Paving project was originally planned for construction in summer 2011. However, $2.1 million in funds from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act allowed the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to advance construction to this summer.
