​ARRA-Funded $10,000 Loan Awarded to Recycled Elements of Design

NASHVILLE — Economic and Community Development Commissioner Matt Kisber today announced that Cleveland, Tenn. small business Recycled Elements of Design and owner Jane Easterly is the recipient of a $10,000 ECD-BERO Rural Micro Loan funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
