ATLANTA– The Georgia Department of Transportation today awarded $48.4 million in transportation system construction, rehabilitation, upgrade, and maintenance contracts across the state, including more than $26 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) federal stimulus funds for upgrades to Interstate Highway 75 in Dooly County.
