Nevada Housing Division and ARRA help to address affordable housing shortage
Construction of a 36 unit facility is underway on Russell Way in Carson City. The apartments will be structured for the needs of senior citizens whose income is between 30 and 60 percent of the area median, and services will include free immunizations and health screenings, assistance with medicare and medicaid, and many social activities.
