Report covers spending on projects and programs going back to the start of stimulus
LITTLE ROCK - Funding provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act in Arkansas had reached at least $1.9 billion on September 30, 2010, according to a report released Thursday by the Arkansas Office of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. At that time, 64 percent of the roughly $3 billion awarded to the State through the Recovery Act had been expended, according to the report. Additional quarterly reports will be released as the Recovery Act continues.
