A mixed-use development in Decatur has installed a nearly $900,000 solar array — one of the largest commercial rooftop systems in metro Atlanta. The 147 kilowatt East Decatur Station installation is capable of powering more than 15 homes, said James Marlow, CEO of Radiance Solar, an Atlanta-based solar engineering, procurement and construction firm that developed the project.
