LAWRENCEVILLE – Gwinnett County is putting federal stimulus funds to work on four major projects aimed at reducing the energy costs of County operations. Gwinnett received $7.3 million in August 2009 from the U.S. Department of Energy to implement ways to conserve energy resources and create or retain jobs.
