Caltrans Completes Recovery Act Congestion Relief Project on Interstate 805
San Diego – Caltrans joined elected representatives and local transportation officials today to celebrate the completion of the first American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act) project to be completed in the San Diego region. The $14 million Interstate 805 Southbound Auxiliary Lanes Project was primarily funded ($9 million) by the Recovery Act.
