 Late Reporters  

Recipients of federal contracts, grants, and loans under  the Recovery Act are required to report within 10 days after the close of every federal quarter on how they used the money disbursed to them.  The graphs below represent  reports for February 17 -- September 30, 2009 filed after the close of the reporting period in October;  and reports for October 1 -- December 31, 2009 filed after the close of the reporting period in January 2010.  These reports were flagged as late.
