All Make Ready licensing, fiber construction and network testing has been complete for the 3RB backbone and CAIs. The final 4 CAIs were completed in Q1 2013 bringing the total to our baseline goal of 100. Progress on the regeneration shelters remained a core focus of Q1 with delivery of the first 5 sites having taken place. Punchlist items to get the shelters ?customer ready? remains a focus and will complete in Q2. One additional Fiber Lease Agreement was signed during the Quarter, bringing our total to date to 17. |
