The contractor shall provide technical assistance to 200 DOL YouthBuild grantees in order to improve program performance and program outcomes in the areas of: (1) placement in employment and education (2) attainment of degree or certificate (3) literacy and numeracy gains (4) retention in employment and education (5) reduction in recidivism rates. As part of this technical assistance contractor shall provide appropriate contract staffing to deliver on the services in logisitcs support, electronic resource management, MIS help desk, and green construction support.
