Description of Jobs Created Jobs retained/created include electrical engineers, plumbers, journeyman plumbers, carpenters, electricians, service technicians, mechanical apprentices, and pipe/sprinkler fitters. In addition, administration and project management positions have been retained at the Municipality. Currently, administration and planning costs have been minimal. The funding will be used to offset deferred maintenance and for community planning activities. Neighborhoods has recently moved to 825 L Street Suite 506, Anchorage Alaska. Neighborhoods is now known as Community Safety and Development under the Human Services umbrella of MOA's Department of Health and Human Services. Under the planning and administration we are capturing the community planning meetings as stated. We are preserving and promoting economic recovery, assisting those impacted by the recession and investing in economic efficiency.
