PROJECT: State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program
Summary: Upon reconciliation of the grant award, the total amount expended by the recipient within the grant period is not equal to the total grant award amount.
EXPLANATION:
The recipient paid all administrative costs and issued all vouchers. Upon reconciliation, it was determined that some vouchers were not redeemed within the deadlines identified. This resulted with a balance of $4,586.00 and the total expenditure amount does not match the total grant award.
