1st Quarter 2013 Project Update:
Mon Bijou Sewer Line Rehabilitation in the amount of $560,000.00 of which $403,175.75 is ARRA funds was awarded to GEC, LLC. Notice to Proceed issued on February 8, 2011. Contract has been extended to January 31, 2012. Approx. 100% sawcutting completed to date. DPW has processed $58,950 of reimbursements to the subgrantee for this project. ARRA funded portion of work is 100% completed. Final drawdown documents received from from the sub-grantee. Final drawdown request submitted Oct 5, 2012 pending revised documentation, interim FFR to request final draw and project closeout package.
Bovoni Pump Station Replacement and Collection System Upgrade was awarded to Island Roads Corporation in the amount $1,562,250.00 with $983,024.25 of ARRA Funds. The project is now more than 90% complete. ARRA funded portion of work is 100% completed. Next steps are: Subgrantee has been reimbursed $712,354.50 of ARRA funds; final drawdown request submitted Oct 5, 2012 pending revised documentation, interim FFR to request final draw and project closeout package.
The Weymouth Rhymer Sewer Line Extension and Pump Station Elimination was awarded to GEC, Inc. in the amount of $826,925.75 with $576,500.00 of ARRA Funds. The project is 100% complete. All installations completed. Restoration of the site has been completed.
The amount of $576,500.00 has been reimbursed to the sub-grantee. |
