In this quarter, we have been exploring construction of force-field for classical Ta2O5 simulations. The idea is to generate parameters for force fields that lead to target physical quantities. In our case, these are elastic constants and lattice constants. This is a on-going effort.
This is the final report. Nearly all funds were expended and the remaining $0.09 residual will not be spent. |
