Quarterly Activities/Project Description This project will resurface 10.03 miles of the Glenn Highway including driving lanes, ramps, interchages and bridges between Mt. View Drive and the Hiland Interchange. Upgrade or replace guardrails including collapsable, energy-absorbing guardrail ends and bring them to current standards. Upgrade at-grade pedestrian crossings with new signage, striping and warning tiles at Boniface Parkway, Arctic Valley Road and Ft. Richardson Gate #2. Replace waterproof membranes on the Boniface Parkway and Ft. Richardson Gate #2 bridges.
