The Facility Management & Engineering Directorate of the U. S. Customs and Border Protection Agency (CBP), has established a Program Management Office (PMO) to manage the modernization of all CBP-owned Land Ports of Entry (LPOE), funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Parsons is providing program management and technical support services to the CBP PMO team to facilitate planning and execution efforts for the LPOE modernization program. These services include program management support for capital projects, repair and alteration projects, design/RFI coordination, real estate acquisition support, risk management support, quality management, program controls, document control, communications, and information systems support.
