As part of TAS 96-3133, Kenai Bluff Stabilization Design-Revise scale drawings, based on new design wave to be provided by the District. Tasks include 1)Prepare a Quality Control Plan for the revision of the 27 March 2009 drawings and additional studies for this project; 2) Update revetment cross section design based on updated 50 year recurrence interval wave height provided by the Government; 3) Submit updated cross section design for District review and participate in project delivery team telephone conference to review updated design; 4) Incorporate the updated revetment cross section into the 27 March 2009 set of scale drawings from the Kenai Bluff Stabilization Preliminary Design 27 March 2009 for technical review. This shall include any studies required to incorporate runoff control measures. A draft MCACES cost estimate for the work outlines in the drawings shall be submitted. Subtasks to be performed to complete this task include: 5) Address technical review comments from Task 4 submittal; 6) Prepare an updated set of scale drawings for the bluff stabilization, to include an accompanying baseline MCACES cost estimate; 7) Prepare an initial Design Documentation Report that provides the technical basis for the plans; 8) Prepare an Engineering Considerations and Instructions for Field Personnel Report in accordance with the applicable outline sections.
