Renovation, restoration and sustainment projects that will improve Safety, Energy efficiency and Quality of Life. Litchfield - Construct specially designed additions for 2,700 sf heated supply space with office and new weapons vault of permanent masonry type construction, brick and concrete block units with concrete floors, and a built-up or metal roof, with mechanical and electrical equipment. Outside supporting facilities include fencing, sidewalks, outside lighting. Physical security measures will be incorporated into design including maximum feasible standoff distance from roads, parking areas, and vehicle unloading areas, and use of alternative methods when standoff distance cannot be maintained. Cost effective energy conserving features will be incorporated into design, including energy management control systems and high efficiency motors, lighting and HVAC systems. Rehabilitate 2,600 sf existing space into authorized additional locker rooms.
