The project consists of the renovation / modernization of the George C. Young Federal Building & Courthouse in Orlando, FL. The scope of work includes a complete renovation of the building's 6 floors and a replacement of the existing windows and roof. We are also providing a new stair and elevator tower and entrance pavillion on the west elevation. The project also consist of replacing all major MEP systems.

Work progress this quarter includes the completion of the structure for the new elevator and stair tower. Precast installation on the exterior of the new addition also started. Courtroom build-out and finishes continues on Level 6. Commissioning efforts on HVAC and electrical systems are well underway. Millwork and Paint has started on the lower floors. Rework of the existing exterior berm also started. The "Host of the Elipse" artwork was also relocated and installed on our site this quarter. |
