The project consists of the renovation / modernization of the George C. Young Federal Building & Courthouse in Orlando, FL. The scope of work includes a complete renovation of the building's 6 floors and a replacement of the existing windows and roof. We are also providing a new stair and elevator tower and entrance pavillion on the west elevation. The project also consist of replacing all major MEP systems.

The project is very close to substantial completion this quarter. Finishes and build-out are complete on all floors. The new entry pavilion and stair tower are complete, dryed-in and finishes installed. We are scheduled to have our certificate of occupancy inspections at the beginning of October. Additionally, the landscaping is well underway. |
