FUSCO CORPORATION, THE
During this quarter we progressed with the Phase 1 construction as far we could, which included a new high efficiency chilled water plant and cooling tower system. This enabled us to remove the existing low efficiency chilled water plant and supplimental low efficiency air cooled chillers. Installed variable volume fitout in swing space and a portion of tenant space. This later work could not be completed since there were impact change orders that could not be issued by the GSA due to the Federal Freeze on Change Orders for ALL ARRA funded projects. We were also able to complete Phase I Courtrooms #2 & #3 along with their respective jury rooms at the Federal Office Building and Courthouse in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.

| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
On the Construction side as the Prime Contractor this Quarter we performed the following: we continued the Phase 1 reconstruction work at the Degetau Federal Office Building and the Nazario District Courthouse in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. The status of this work as of the end of this Quarter at the Degetau Federal Office Building:Demolition and Abatement of Swing Space at 2nd Floor of Degetau 100% complete; Install New Ductwork at 2nd Swing Space 100% Complete; Demolition and Abatement of 3rd Floor Swing Space 100% Complete; Demolition of Basement Swing Space for District Court Library, FCU. BRACS 100% Complete; Temporary Chillers have been removed and currently the full cooling load for this Project is being fed from the new Chiller Plant. The Basement West Mech Room is complete. Cooling Towers are now in full operation with the new Chilled water Plant. Nazario Courthouse: The Work at Courtroom #2 and #3 is complete and the corresponding Phase 1 Judges Chambers are approx 95% complete. Also completed demolition and abatement at main entracnce FOB lobby. Continuing the reconstruction of the final tenant space for the USMS--on hold pending ARRA funded CO's. |

The jobs created beginning with the Prime Contractor's project staff included Project Manager, General Superintendent for swing space, Project Superintendent and an Assistant Superintendent for the Federal Office Building and Courthouse, Project Administrator, Project Engineer, Quality Control Manager, Site Safety Engineer, Tenant Liaison, Receptionist, and Accounting. The second source of jobs involved our trade contractor's field and office support staff: Project Managers, Superintendents, Laborers, Carpenters, Concrete Masons, Pipefitters, Sheet Metal Workers, Electricians, Welders, Tile Installer, Painters, Linoleum Flooring, glazer, Masons,CPM Scheduler, Secretary, and Accounting. The third source of jobs involved our Design Team staffing: Architects, Engineers(Demolition, Abatement, HVAC, Electrical, Drywall, Fire Sprinkler,all Finish Trades, Masonry, Concrete, Secretary, Receptionist and Accounting, Mechanical and Electrical). |
