Station 53: All punchlist work is complete. The Department of Revenue, Department of L&I and Department of Employment Security have issued Release Certifications releasing the contractor and authorizing the release of retainage. All consultant work is complete. Station is inhabited and fully operational.
Station 57: All work completed, including punchlist inspection. Punchlist work has also been completed inclusive of backcheck review. The station has received a certificate of occupancy. Civil site work as-built drawing preparation is complete and approved by Pierce County. All other consultant work is complete. The Department of Revenue, Department of L&I and Department of Employment Security have issued Release Certifications releasing the contractor and authorizing the release of retainage. Station is inhabited and fully operational.
