Quarterly Activities/Project Description The Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) will provide direct funding assistance to eligible Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects. The new program is intended primarily to supplement affordable housing developments that have been unable to secure adequate equity commitments in the current market. Forty-seven projects have been selected for TCAP funding in NY State. Upon completion, these projects will provide approximately 4500 units of affordable housing to families at or below 60% of AMI. As of this quarters' end we have 47 projects that have completed construction out of 48. We have disbursed 100% of the TCAP Funds

Description of Jobs Created Jobs were calculated in compliance with OMB Memorandum M-09-21, and the updated guidance in OMB Memorandum M-10-8. Jobs created include: carpenters, concrete workers, laborers, dock builders, iron lathers, cement masons, iron workers, plumbers, roofers, brick layers, demolition workers ,painters, electricians, demolition workers, landscapers, sheet metal mechanics, operators, sprinkler fitters, truck drivers, power equipment operators, elevator mechanics.
