This project is now fully complete and any remaining funds will be returned to the US Department of Education. Since the beginning of this program, the State of Arizona has used SFSF Education monies to support and restore funding for elementary, secondary, and postsecondary educational institutions. To date, almost 550 Local Educational Agencies, 11 Community Colleges, and 3 Universities have received funding with reported uses in the following categories: 76% Salaries, 18% Benefits, 2.5% Supplies, 1.6% Other Purchased Services, <1% Purchased Professional or Property Services,, <1% Other Expenses and <1% Capital Outlay. A total of $1,841,061.40 worth of SFSF Education funding has been utilized for infrastructure purposes. The State of Arizona's 1511 Infrastructure Certification can be found at the following website: http://www.azrecovery.gov/Documents/Agencies/Gov/1511Certification.pdf. The last remaining payments were disbursed during this quarter to a community college totalling $910.22. |
