Punch list completed by primary contractor, and the contractor has been paid. The project is approximately 65% complete. The City and NFWS are currently seeking additional funds to complete the project. Modification #3 funding expected by Sept 2012 from USFWS, has not yet been recieved. Tighe &Bond has completed preliminary design changes necessary to re-bid the balance to the project. The bids are being prepared and contracts awarded before the end of the calendar year, with project schedule for the summer of 2013. Connection of the ladder to the dam is the remaining step.
The city has also been awarded non ARRA funds of $54000 from USFWS and $9200 CT River Watershed Council |
