DURING THE TWELFTH QUARTER WE HAVE PROCEEDED WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF A LARGE FORMAT, HIGH SPEED, HIGH RESOLUTION, NEUTRON IMAGING DETECTOR SYSTEM. 46MM AND 33MM MICROCHANNEL PLATE SUBSTRATES HAVE HAD ATOMIC LAYER DEPOSITION PROCESSES COMPLETED, FINAL ELECTRODE COATINGS APPLIED, HAVE BEEN FUNCTIONALLY TESTED SUCCESSFULLY AND BEEN SHIPPED TO NIST. A BATCH OF 105MM MICROCHANNEL PLATE SUBSTRATES HAVE HAD THEIR ATOMIC LAYER DEPOSITION COMPLETED AND WILL BE TESTED SHORTLY. THE REMAINING 105MM MICROCHANNEL PLATE SUBSTRATES ARE SCHEDULED TO BE ATOMIC LAYER DEPOSITED SOON. TESTING AND DELIVERY OF THE REMAINING 105MM MICROCHANNEL PLATES WILL ACCOMPLISH THE FINAL PROGRAM COMPLETION. |
