The project proposed by Baca Valley Telephone Company, Inc. is to provide fiber optic connectivity to a number of new cabinets and existing buildings and deploy a last mile access system intended to provide ADSL2+ broadband services to households and businesses in two separate PFSAs(Proposed Funded Service Ares) located in the northeast area of New Mexico.
