Quarterly Activities/Project Description AT&T pulled multi-conductor copper phone cable from Process Building to telephone pole on Zanker Road. Sodium Hydroxide system has been insulated. MF supplier Pall has run various MF systems and performed startup checklist items. Coating subcontractor FD Thomas is coating exposed piping. Signage and labels for all chemical piping has been properly installed along with 'No Trespassing' and 'No Smoking' signs throughout the facility. Various flowmeters and motor operated valves have been installed and have received power and signal conductors. At the Waste Equalization Wetwell, subcontractor Baker Corporation has installed five temporary self-powered pumps to accommodate discharges from start-up and commissioning. All MF, RO, and UV pump VFD's located in the electrical room have been terminated. Subcontractor Edward Scott Electric is finalizing the installation of various analyzer panels, components, conduits, and supports at different stations. Operation Readiness Testing for MF, RO, and UV equipment is currently under way. Final hazmat permit signoff has been completed for Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Hypochlorite, and Aqua Ammonia.
