Enhancing Peer Review Project ? will support for the Enhancing Peer Review Project that will address additional technical requirements identified by the NIH Peer Review Working Groups. These enhancements will promote the Peer Review Oversight committee?s priorities to engage the best reviewers, improve the quality and transparency of review, ensure balanced and fair reviews across scientific fields and career stages and reduce the administrative burden. Specifically, Wyle will develop training manuals and user documentation for new system functionality for each enterprise release. Federal Financial Reporting (FFR) ? will provide support for the FFR Project that will modify the current Financial Status Report module in the Commons to collect all new information required by FFR. The modification will allow for the requirement that grant recipients periodically submit reports on their grant?s financial progress. Specifically, Wyle will develop training manuals and user documentation for new system functionality for each enterprise release.Federated Authentication for Commons ? will provide support for the project that will enable users to securely access web-base applications or data across or beyond their own organization with their existing user name/password or PIV card without the need for redundant user account administration. This will support the mission of the InCommon Federation to create and support a common framework for trustworthy shared management of access to on-line resources in support of education and research in the United States.
