As part of the project to ensure structural integrity, reduce risk of gate failure and increase protection to the downstream public, the contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to replace the electrical distribution system at the Project Office, replace the required permanent fall protection system on the tainter gates, repair embankment slide adjacent to the Outlet Structure, benched rip rap on the dam's abutment, and repair the discharge channel, and also repair malfunctioning tainter gate hoists at Proctor Lake, Texas.
Additionally, Provide and install new underground feeder to front panel at prject office and provide and install new underground feeder to two perimeter light poles at Proctor Lake, Comanche, Texas, project number 322896, TAS 96-3135.
