Quarterly Activities/Project Description	This project was for constructing a new health clinic to replace our satellite clinic 40 miles from our main facility. Increasing the size from a 1400 sq ft modular building to a state-of-the-art medical facility encompassing 6,880 sq ft. We increased patient exam rooms from 2 previously to 6, added x-ray and urgent care to our services available, with a future 3 suite dental department. We have been in our building for about 8 months and have seen an increase in patient numbers and are in the process of adding transportation services for seniors to this community (Willow), and we hope to add more patient education workshops and specialty clinics. We appreciate the USDA Rural Development program and look forward to working with you again in future endeavors as we dedicate our services to making healthcare available and affordable to the Upper Susitna Valley of Alaska.

Description of Jobs Created	Construction on buildling was completed on time and on budget in April 2012 with the exception of the landscaping which was not finished until the weather warmed up late June, early July. All systems were installed and functional before final payment was initiated. Heat and ventilation systems were tested and approved.
