This award provides a cost of living increase and funds to increase program quality. The expected outcome is to retain quality staff and prevent staff turnover which would aversely effect program quality and staff effectiveness. This award will also provide full day services to 10 families and their children who have lost their childcare voucher due to a reduction in state resources. This funding also allows five staff to keep their jobs full year as oppossed to just school year.

Also gave COLA raise to all staff.
