The CRISP REC is partnering with Management Services Organizations (MSOs) to provide local technical assistance, guidance, outreach and education to support providers in achieving meaningful use. MSOs will be represented by hospitals, healthcare technology companies and other healthcare organizations.
Key deliverables for Outreach and Education include:
-Developed Q2 Education and Outreach Planning for 2013
-Provided Seminars with our partner MedChi and Medicaid
-Provided Guidance on obtaining MSO?s, EHR?s and CMS, private payer, and state HIT incentives to providers
Key deliverables for MSOs include:
-Convened the Small practice Advisory Committee to cultivate Physician champions.
-MSO/CRM training; creation of the required milestone information document for use when prospecting practices; implementation of milestone policies
-Implementation of the MSO Evaluation: Publishing MSO Score Card
-Support for connecting MSOs and providers to the CRISP HIE
-Contracted with 15 MSO?s covering 14 EHR products in the quarter

-Updating and creating policies and procedures to comply with the program objectives.
-Achieved over 1,714 Milestone 1?s, 1,175 Milestone 2?s, and 491 Milestone 3's through the 4th quarter |
