Support software development projects funded under the ARRA appropriation to IHS. Many software development projects are being executed under ARRA, and these projects will overwhelm the current capacity of the IHS OIT SQA staff, resulting in testing and release delays, unless the SQA operation is supplemented. The Contractor?s SQA specialists will support multiple aspects of the software development life cycle including test planning, test execution, coordination of beta testing with production facilities, and software release and configuration management. These specialists will work exclusively on software projects on the approved ARRA plan for IHS, and the Contractor will provide periodic reports detailing the specific ARRA projects during the period of performance.
