Quarterly Activities/Project Description	During this quarter, all recipients of the Virgin Islands State Fiscal Stabilization-Government Services Fund worked diligently to expend all the grant funding pursuant to the agreements of the grant award. The Office of Economic Opportunity’s funds are fully expended and were used for monitoring in support of the ARRA program. The University of the Virgin Islands has successfully completed all its projects within the period of performance and has restored a professional degree program which was previously dormant. The Department of Finance has implemented its automated time and attendance system across the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government for all employees paid by the central government of the US Virgin Islands.
