| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
This project consists of reconstructing the existing intersection of SR 5 and Rose Avenue, located just north of I-20 in Douglas County. The existing intersection has an undesirable scissor-type configuration and is unsignalized. Proposed improvements include realigning the intersection to a 90 degree intersection, adding a raised median to all 3 legs and installing signals. This will greatly enhance safety, efficiency and operations of this intersection. |
