Quarterly Activities/Project Description Midvale's work force continues to work on the construction of the Young project. Midvale is currently working on closing out the first work orders of the project and will submit the documentation necessary to RUS. Midvale continues to follow all Davis Bacon requirements. A contract is in the works with a local electrician who should begin working on the project during the second quarter of 2013.

Description of Jobs Created This project is being constructed entirely by Midvale's internal construction force. The force is made up of multiple construction positions including large equipment operators, electronic equipment installers, splicers and site prep laborers. The Recovery Act funds will be used to reimburse the company for the wages of these employees and the construction on this project will continue to provide work for the construction force through the first three quarters of 2013. This project will also provide additional work for company employees that are not involved in the actual physical construction of the project.
