VERTEX NON-PROFIT HOLDINGS, INC.
The award requries the Lessor (Vertex Non-Profit Holdings, Inc.) to lease to the Government approximately 54,157 rentable square feet of office space, IT/Computing space and related support space within the I-79 Technology Park Research Center located at 1000 Galliher Drive, Fairmont, WV 26554-8826. The award also requires the Lessor to build out the above spaces in accordance with SFO 9WV2042 and related documents. When the construction of the leased space in complete in September 2011, it will be occupied by the National Oceanic and Atmopheric Administration's Environmental Security Computing Center. The lease term shall be for twenty (20) years.
