Quarterly Activities/Project Description	Jackson Contracting Group is proceeding with the spring work has completed has completed the installation of the gravity transmission main work from the park to the lift station is currently completing cleaning, testing and video inspection of the main. This work is a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. The work on the new treatment lagoon is progressing. The new lagoon is the critical path schedule item. The lagoon dewatering and sludge removal is complete and the subcontractor is constructing the lagoon embankment. The sludge removal schedule was about 8 days behind schedule, but the embankment work is proceeding well and with the two additional days worked each week by the by the Contractor they have made up approximately 4 days of schedule time. The project is currently scheduled to be substantially complete in mid-June.
