Some of the work includes, new kitchens and bathrooms for 78 units and the installallation a photovoltaic solar array that serves as the guest parking lot roof and should bring a cost savings of $1000 a month. |

Types of Jobs Created/Retained: General Construction
In order to complete the job estimate process, we obtained the total number of hours worked by (prime recipient, sub-recipient, and vendor) employees during the calendar quarter in jobs that meet the definition of a job created or a job retained. To calculate the full-time equivalent (FTE) jobs created or retained, we divided “Recovery Act Funded Hours Worked and Funded by Recovery Act” by “Hours in a Full-Time Schedule” for each of the employees and summed the results.
Memorandum M-10-08, "Updated Guidance on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act – Data Quality, Non-Reporting Recipients, and Reporting of Job Estimates", published by the Office of Management and Budget, was used throughout the job estimate process. |
