We have purified additional 5C12 HuMAb from the top 4 Per.C6 clones by Protein A chromatograph for archive purposes. The purified 5C12 HuMAb from each of these clones will be tested in vitro using the BioVest 5C12 HuMAb as the gold standard. We are continuing to identify a CRO to perform the mycoplasma and sterility testing of the Clone 119 research cell bank, which is the production cell line. |
